3 tbsp Cooking Oil
 ½ Onion (Chopped)
 4 Dry Chillies
 1 tbsp Jeera Seeds
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 ½ Bunch Dhania Leaves (Coriander Leaves)
 ½ Bunch Mint Leaves
 250 ml Maas (Plain Yogurt)
 1 tsp Salt (Salt to Taste)

Heat oil, add onion, dry chillies, jeera seeds and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add turmeric powder and mix.

Chop dhania and mint leaves and add to a bowl.

Add braised mixture, maas and salt.

Braised Maas is usually served with Biryani.
