 500 g Okra (Chopped)
 ¼ cup Cooking Oil
 1 Onion (Chopped)
 1 tsp Jeera Seeds
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 tsp Masala (Curry Powder)
 ½ tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
 1 tsp Rough Salt

Wash Okra then wipe dry with a dish cloth.
Okra will be sticky if not wiped.

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, jeera seeds, okra and curry leaves. Fry this for 5 minutes.

Then add tumeric powder, masala, ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes, salt and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
