Embrace the rich and nutty delight of our Burfee recipe. This Indian sweet, also spelled as "Barfi," is a cherished treat across the subcontinent. Made with milk solids, ghee, and flavored with cardamom, it offers a delightful burst of sweetness and tradition in every bite.

 1 small tin fresh cream
 1 small tin nestle cream
 1 small tin klim (500g)
 Elachi
 Fine almonds
Syrup:
 4 cups sugar and 1 litre water boil until thick

Boil fresh cream and two TBS. of ghee until thick. Mix klim and fresh cream to form bread crumbs. Liquidise mixture 3 times before adding syrup. Add all other ingredients before adding syrup. Add a little at a time
Refrigerate and decorate
