¾ packet tennis biscuits
 2 eggs
 ½ cup sugar
 Small tub fresh cream
 500 g smooth cottage cheese
 Bit of lemon juice
 2 tbsp butter

Base

Melt butter, crush biscuits and mix together for the base.

Filling

Beat sugar and eggs, add cheese and lemon juice and mix together.

Line pan with base, fill and bake.

Whip fresh cream with ½ tsp sugar. When above is cold, spread cream and sprinkle with flake or any other topping.
