1 KG Chicken Necks
3 Bay Leaves
3 Anistar
1 teaspoon Jeera Seeds
1 teaspoon Dhania Powder
1 teaspoon Jeera Powder
2 ½ teaspoons Curry Powder
2 teaspoons Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon salt (salt to taste)
½ Cup Cooking Oil
Curry Leaves
½ Onion (Chopped)

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Leave for 30 minutes.

Heat pot/frying pan and add then add marinated necks to pot.
Cook for 20-30 minutes on medium heat.
Serve with Rice or Bread.
