 ½ kg Green Chillies
 2 tbsp Ground ginger and garlic
 750 ml Cooking Oil
 250 g Tamarind
 750 ml Vinegar
 5 ml Turmeric Powder
 Curry Leaves
 5 ml Mustard Seeds
 5 ml Jeera Seeds
 5 ml Sugar
 5 ml Dhania Powder

Heat oil, add jeera seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, garlic, ginger and all spices.

Cook on low heat.

Add tamarind and continue to cook on low heat.

Cool and bottle.
