½ kg Green Chillies
 2 tbsp Ground ginger and garlic
 750 ml Cooking Oil
 250 g Tamarind
 750 ml Vinegar
 5 ml Turmeric Powder
 Curry Leaves
 5 ml Mustard Seeds
 5 ml Jeera Seeds
 5 ml Sugar
 5 ml Dhania Powder

Heat oil, add jeera seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, garlic, ginger and all spices.

Cook on low heat.

Add tamarind and continue to cook on low heat.
