Greenbeans Curry

 500 g Green Beans (Washed and Chopped)
 ¼ cup Cooking Oil
 ½ Onion (Chopped)
 4 Garlic Pods
 1 stick Cinnamon
 2 Elachie Pods
 1 Anistar
 1 Bay Leaf
 ½ tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 1 tbsp Masala (Curry Powder)
 1 Tomato (Chopped)
 1 tsp Salt (Rough)
 1 tsp Sugar
 ¼ cup Water

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, garlic pods, cinnamon stick, elachie pods, anistar, bay leaf, ginger and garlic paste, tumeric powder, masala and stir for 30 seconds. Then add green beans, tomato, salt, sugar and water.


Cook this for 10-15 minutes (Don't over cook).
