25 Green Mangos
 20 ml Salt
 40 ml Pickle Masala
 2 ml Turmeric Powder
 250 ml Cooking Oil
 5 Curry Leaves
 810 Garlic pods
 250 ml Sugar
 375 ml Vinegar
 25 ml Mustard Seed
 25 ml Jeera Seeds
 2 Green Chillies

Place cut mangos in a large basin.

Add all dry ingredients.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies and garlic.

Mix well.

Cool and then bottle in airtight jar or container.

Store in refrigerator.
