Indian Curries
 1 Tray of mixed chicken portions (skinless)
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 Grated Tomatoe
 3 Green Chillies
 Salt To tTste
 1 Finely Chopped Onion
 3 pPotatoes Cut Into Quarters
 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 3 Sprigs of Thyme

In a meduim sized pot heat the oil on low gently.

Add the finely chopped onions and the chillies which must
be split in half.

Allow the onions and chillies to brown.

Add the hurdee and ginger garlic.

Stir quickly.

Add the chicken and salt.

Stir until the hurdee and onions are mixed well.

Add the tomatoes from the top.

Add the pototoes.
Add 100ml of water.

Cook on low heat until the potatoes and chicken is cooked(+- 20 min).

Add the thyme as a garnish

Serve with basmati rice or roti
