Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl and rub in butter until mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
Combine eggs and milk – Mix well.
Stir in flour mixture, adding just enough liquid to make soft but not sticky dough.
Turn on to floured surface and knead lightly. Roll out to about 2cm thick.
Cut scones – Brush with a little egg.
Bake at 190 for about 15 mins.
