 60 ml Cooking Oil
 1 Large Onion (Thinly Sliced)
 4 Dry Chillies
 4 Garlic Pods
 1 Tomato (Thinly Sliced)
 2 Bunches Watercress (Washed and Chopped)
 1 tsp Salt (Salt to Taste)
 1 tsp Sugar
 ½ cup Green Peas

Add Cooking oil to pot and heat.

Add onion, dry chillies, garlic pods, tomato and watercress.

Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes then add green peas, salt and sugar.

Then cook until all water is evaporated (±10 minutes).

Serve with Roti, Rice or Bread.

Notes: Green Peas is optional.
